The Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management programme provides a professional qualification that may be used to prepare directly for a career in business, or to gain advanced entry onto a range of professional qualifications and university degrees in the UK and other countries. The programme provides students with an appreciation of the theoretical issues currently involved in the study of business and a range of practical skills which will enhance their value to potential employers. .

Students who wish to take Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management should be holders of Diploma in Human Reource Management or first degree from a recognised university.

The course is conducted in two parts for a period of 5 months and students cover following units:-

Advanced Diploma  (5 Months)

Five core units

• Corporate Strategy and Planning
• Managing in Organisations
• Performance Management and Reward
• Strategic Human Resource Management for Business Organisations
• Managing Organisational Change and Development

The course is conducted twice a year and the intake is January and June of every year
